Terre it’s the union between the best ingredients and the strong relationship with each of our “small” producers from our homeland in Italy, and of those we have had the pleasure to meet here in the United States. “Terre” | Pasta & Natural wine is the best of both agricultural worlds, made up of responsible farmers, cheese makers, fishermen, winegrowers and all the artisans committed to our same value of “Respecting the Earth”.

We love using simple and unique ingredients in order to recreate a truly authentic Italian taste.

Our menu is focused on fresh pasta featuring traditional recipes like “Carbonara” or “Cacio e Pepe” and our slowly cooked wild board Ragù sauce. But our authentic pasta is just one of the many dishes you will find on our seasonal menu made from our Italian traditions and taste.

Our wine list features more than 100 Natural Wines all served by the glass. Yes!
Everything is served by the glass, to give you the opportunity to try something you may have missed otherwise. Natural wine reflects the character of the grape and the specific place it is grown, but also the traditions, cultures and “Unique Personality” of the winemaker themselves. From the mountains of Northern Italy, to the volcanic soil of Sicily, we welcome you to enjoy the diversity of our Country and our traditions one sip at a time.

“Balsamic Battery”

AGED IN PARK SLOPE, BROOKLYN.

In our “Terre” we treasure something really precious: our custom made “battery” from Acetaia San Giacomo Reggio Emilia where our Balsamic Vinegar is being aged. It’s composed of 5 different wood casks: chestnut, cherry tree, juniper tree, durmast and acacia, so that the vinegar can take on the distinct notes of each cask giving it that complex flavor.

Each cask is really full of Balsamic Vinegar!
Every fall we make the refill, starting from the biggest cask to the smallest. The biggest cask will be refill with the “mosto fiore” of the new harvest.

Historically, almost every family in Emilia Romagna would have had a batteria for making their own balsamic. When a new child was born to the family, a new batteria would be christened, along with the baby. That batteria would then be gifted to the child on their wedding day, as part of a dowry.

A precious gift, for a precious occasion that is available in our “Terre”.
